AROMA AND FLAVOUR
Beautiful bright red in colour with streaks of violet. The nose stands out for its fresh floral and, above all, fruity aromas. Raspberries, plums and cherries draw the profile against a faintly balsamic background. The palate is linear and taut with juicy, acid muscle and continues through to a slightly tannic finish.

AT THE TABLE
Ostensibly a perfect accompaniment to summer food. Excellent with white meats and fish dishes served with tomatoes and olives.
